I wanted to take a moment to share an update focused exclusively on our Agrarius™ line of business—one that continues to represent one of the most promising and potentially transformative pillars of MVMD.
I’ve just returned from an inspiring and productive trip to Brazil and Uruguay, where I had the privilege of overseeing several key progress meetings and in-field product trials with some of the largest and most influential agricultural organizations in the world. These interactions and observations have left me more confident than ever in Agrarius™'s potential to disrupt conventional practices and deliver meaningful value to both growers and shareholders.
The trials we observed validated the impressive performance we’ve been reporting—clear improvements in plant health, crop yields, and resilience under diverse growing conditions. These weren’t isolated cases; they came from rigorous, third-party supported trials that are helping build the trust and credibility we need to drive adoption at scale.
Business development meetings throughout the region were equally encouraging. Our technology is resonating deeply with stakeholders who are actively seeking solutions that align with modern demands for sustainability, reduced input costs, and climate resilience. Our team, together with our local partners, is laying strong groundwork in one of the most important agricultural markets on the planet.
We are now well into the commercialization window, with the majority of trialing and validation phases being completed in the current crop cycle we are in, and I can see a clear path toward product adoption. Our recent meetings and field visits reaffirm that we are a significant way through the typical agricultural technology adoption curve, and although there are always things beyond our direct control, I believe key prospective customers will be transitioning from evaluation to implementation this year. While there are still crop cycles and broader adoption milestones ahead, the heavy lifting is largely behind us. The initial new-market groundwork has been significantly laid, the trial results are compelling, and it is reasonable to now anticipate the first wave of scaled commercial sales.
I want to thank you for your continued belief in our work. The vision for Agrarius™ is bold: to bring a sustainable, proven, and organic technology to farms to truly impact our vision of More Life. With the ongoing product validation positively coming together and business development efforts intensifying, I am more confident than ever that Agrarius will emerge as a foundational growth engine for MVMD.
We look forward to keeping you updated on our progress with Agrarius™ alongside our other lines of business.
